Our kitchen team conjures up authentic, lovingly prepared dishes every day as part of half board – freshly cooked and prepared with an eye for detail.
We focus on high-quality, regional ingredients wherever possible. Sustainability, naturalness and transparency are our top priorities – you can taste it.

Our pavilion - the perfect place for your break
Directly in front of the hotel, our pavilion – open daily from 11 a.m. – awaits everyone who wants to relax after skiing or simply soak up the sun in between. Whether you want a quick drink, a small snack or just to switch off for a while: The atmosphere here is relaxed, with a chilled vibe, good music and the best view of the piste.
Fondue evenings in the pavilion
From 6 pm, the pavilion invites you to cosy fondue evenings. Choose from fine cheese or meat fondue, served with many delicious side dishes.

We bake pizza according to the original Italian recipe – with the finest flour, the best olive oil and lots of attention to detail. The dough is allowed to rest until it is perfect, the topping is made from selected, fresh ingredients. Whether as a savoury lunch or a delicious snack between meals – our pizza always tastes great.
Organic eggs from free-range chickens - Biohof Schnitzer
Since 2000, the Obereder family has specialised in organic laying hens. Initially, they only supplied the wholesale trade. However, the demand for high-quality eggs was so great that the family was increasingly able to supply catering, hotels and direct marketers.
Enjoyment of the "fine food"
For more than a hundred years,high-quality meat, sausage and ham specialities have been produced at our site in Salzburg-Maxglan.
What began back then as a local supply business – with a great deal of professional expertise and a love of the trade – continues today in our high-performance butcher’s speciality business, as well as in our contemporary products, which incorporate a great deal of traditional craftsmanship.

This also means that we have years of experience in preparing this unique meat and are constantly developing our culinary skills. After all, practice makes perfect and this can be seen and tasted.
